Angela Codella and Roman Gwin Join the Company’s Network Sales Team
NEW YORK, July 28, 2015 — In its ongoing effort to build the best network sales team in the business,
Westwood One announced that it has added two veteran sales executive to its burgeoning roster. Angela Codella has joined the New York office as Director, National Partnerships, and reports to Ron Russo, EVP, Northeast Sales. Roman Gwin has joined the LA office, also as Director, National Partnerships, and reports to Kim Bryant, EVP, West Coast Sales.

Codella comes with a wealth of local and satellite radio sales experience. Before joining Westwood One she was an Account Director for SiriusXM, where she created integrated marketing and promotional campaigns for high-level clients on the talk, sports, and entertainment channels. Prior to that, she was a senior account executive for CBS RADIO/New York’s WWFS Fresh 102.7, WXRK 92.3 K-Rock, and KRock2.com. Before heading to CBS, Codella spent several years as a senior account executive at Greater Media’s WRAT 95.9 in Belmar, NJ. While at “The Rat,” she was the #1 Account Manager at the station for total billing, total number of clients, and total revenue generated for the company.
Gwin, a seasoned radio sales veteran with 17 years under his belt, joined Westwood One from the Los Angeles office of iHeart Media’s Total Traffic and Weather Networks, where he was the National Account Director. He served for many years as a sales manager and account executive at iHeart’s LA stations KOST-FM 103.5, KBIG-FM 104.3, and KIIS-FM 102.7. Gwin also worked as an account executive with CBS RADIO’s K-EARTH 101 in Los Angeles.
